If your order doesn't rock your world, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your official Papa Roach gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
